Bridge33 Capital acquires 5th Street Station, expanding its nationwide presence into Virginia's dynamic Charlottesville market.
Charlottesville, VA – July 17, 2026 – Bridge33 Capital is proud to announce the acquisition of 5th Street Station, a premier 451,779 square-foot shopping center located in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Built in 2016, it is anchored by Wegmans and Dick’s House of Sport, as well as strong national tenants such as Marshalls, PetSmart, Planet Fitness, Havertys, Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, and Dollar Tree.
Situated directly off Interstate 64 and less than three miles from the University of Virginia, this vibrant shopping destination serves as a key retail hub in the region.
This acquisition marks Bridge33 Capital’s first in Virginia.
