Reno, NV - December 18th, 2025 - Bridge33 Capital is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Sparks Crossing, a premier shopping center spanning over 329,000 square feet in Sparks (Reno), Nevada. This strategic acquisition marks Bridge33 Capital's sixth investment in the state of Nevada, further enhancing its diverse portfolio of high-quality retail properties.

Built in 2007, Sparks Crossing is strategically located at the intersection of Pyramid Way and Los Altos Parkway, the dominant retail hub in northeast Reno. The shopping center boasts an impressive lineup of national tenants, including Ross, Trader Joe’s, Five Below, Painted Tree, Best Buy, Sierra Trading, Michaels, PetSmart, Ulta, and Dollar Tree. Its proximity to notable retailers such as Walmart Supercenter, Costco, and Home Depot enhances its appeal as a vibrant shopping destination.
