Bridge33 Capital Appoints Carmen Decker as Executive Vice President of Real Estate Operations & Strategy

Carmen brings a wealth of experience and leadership to Bridge33, having previously served as President of the Western Region at Kimco Realty. Recognized as a leader in the real estate industry, Carmen's extensive background in leasing, asset management, and property operations positions her as a natural fit for Bridge33 Capital. In her new role, she will oversee the firm’s asset operating functions, which encompass Leasing, Asset Management, Tenant Coordination & Construction, and Property Management.

Carmen’s mission will focus on driving value creation, mitigating risks, and ensuring the successful execution of business plans across Bridge33's diverse portfolio. By unifying the asset operating business units under her leadership, she aims to enhance operational efficiencies and strengthen the company’s strategic focus.
