Columbia, SC - December 4th, 2024 - Bridge33 Capital has closed on the acquisition of Columbiana Station, a premier shopping destination, offering 374,753 square feet of retail, dining and service experiences in a vibrant, high-traffic area.
Columbiana Station is ideally located in Columbia’s primary shopping district with excellent visibility along Harbison Boulevard, the most dominant retail corridor in Columbia, SC.
Anchored by Dick's Sporting Goods, Michael's, PetSmart and Planet Fitness, Columbiana Station also features a lineup of other complementary national tenants, including Bonefish Grill, DXL, Humana, Honey Baked Ham and 5.11 Tactical.
Columbiana Station represents Bridge33 Capital’s second acquisition in South Carolina and tenth acquisition of 2024.
