Reno, NV - November 25th, 2024 - Bridge33 Capital has closed on the acquisition of Firecreek Crossing, a 347,979 square foot regional shopping center located in Reno, Nevada. The property has superior market access and visibility,situated at the epicenter of Reno’s dominant retail corridor near Meadowood Mall, Northern Nevada’s only regional mall.
Firecreek Crossing is Reno’s premier power center, drawing strong traffic with a broad mix of stores and dining options. Featuring local boutiques alongside well known brandssuch as Walmart, Floor & Décor, TJ Maxx/HomeGoods, and Reno’s only Sam’s Club, Firecreek Crossing provides a diverse shopping experience in a convenient location.
Firecreek Crossing represents Bridge33 Capital’s fifth acquisition in Nevada and eleventh acquisition of 2024.
