Bridge33 Capital Acquires Shops at CenterPoint, a 448,000 Square-foot Open Air Retail Center Located in Grand Rapids, Michigan
Grand Rapids, MI - December 30, 2024 - Bridge33 Capital has closed on the acquisition of Shops at CenterPoint, a 448,000 square-foot, newly renovated, openair power center in the heart of West Michigan’s largest retail corridor.
The property is situated at the main intersection of 28th Street SE and East Beltline where more than 70,000 cars pass daily and is one of the only premier shopping destinations in Grand Rapids with a mix of exclusive shopping and fine dining.
Shops at CenterPoint is anchored by strong national retailers that include Nordstrom Rack, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Planet Fitness, Old Navy, JoAnn Fabric, Cost Plus World Market, Dunham’s Sports, Ulta, Rue21, Dress Barn and DSW Shoes.
