VARIOUS, ME – June 23, 2021 – Bridge33 Capital has acquired a groceryanchored portfolio in Maine, consisting of four assets totaling 562,975 square feet.
Airport Square is a 226,525 square foot grocery-anchored center in Bangor, ME. At sale, the asset was 86% leased and anchored by Hannaford, Marshalls, and Urban Air.
Shaw’s Plaza Waterville is a 119,015 square foot grocery-anchored center in Waterville, ME. At sale, the asset was 97% leased and anchored by Shaw’s, Planet Fitness, and Flagship Cinemas.
Shaw’s Plaza Windham is a 124,172 square foot grocery-anchored center in Windham, ME. At sale, the asset was 87% leased and anchored by Shaw’s, Staples, and CVS.
Wells Plaza is a 93,263 square foot grocery-shadowed center in Wells, ME. At sale, the asset was 98% leased and anchored by Reny’s, Dollar Tree, and Flagship Cinemas. Hannaford shadow-anchors the asset.
Located in various locations within Maine, the portfolio benefits from Portland industry as well as strong demand in both vacation and college towns.
