Alex Banchero is Executive Vice President, Platform at Bridge33 Capital, where he leads platform-building efforts across all business units, driving operational consistency, scalability, and execution throughout the organization. He previously served as EVP, Operations, leading asset management and coordinating the firm's operating systems and processes across various business units. Prior to joining Bridge33, he worked at Prologis, most recently serving as a Director in the Value Added Investment group. In this role, he helped launch the firm's Value Added platform across North America and led the repositioning of infill industrial assets in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Mr. Banchero holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University.
