Her focus is on driving value creation, mitigating risk, and ensuring disciplined execution across the firm’s diverse portfolio, while enhancing operational efficiencies and reinforcing strategic priorities.

With more than 23 years of experience in the real estate industry, Ms. Decker brings a strong track record of leadership and operational execution, including 8 years as President of the Western Region at Kimco Realty.

Ms. Decker holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and American Ethnic Studies from the University of Washington and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development.
