Darryl Heslop is Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Bridge33 Capital, where he oversees the firm’s legal strategy and execution across all transactions.

Prior to joining Bridge33, he worked at Brixmor Property Group, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and a member of the Senior Leadership Team. As Head of the Transactions Legal Team, he led over 100 acquisitions and dispositions totaling more than $2 billion.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Heslop served as Assistant General Counsel at Rouse Properties and as an associate at international and Wall Street law firms.

Mr. Heslop holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Brown University, a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, and an MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurship from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
