Rudy Alberts is Senior Vice President, Property Management at Bridge33 Capital, where he oversees the company’s Property Management and Tenant Coordination and Construction departments

With decades of experience in property management, asset management, and real estate operations, Mr. Alberts previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT). Over the course of his career, he has overseen more than 22 million square feet of retail space across the United States.

He brings a strong track record of developing and executing strategies that drive revenue, growth, and operational performance.

Mr. Alberts holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
