Stephanie Benadof is Director, Human Resources at Bridge33 Capital, where she leads the firm’s HR strategy and operations.

With more than 25 years of experience, Ms. Benadof is a strategic human resources leader with a strong track record of building and executing effective HR functions across organizations.

Prior to joining Bridge33, she led the Human Resources division for The Hotel Group, an owner, operator, investor, and developer of a national hotel portfolio. She also served on the HR Committee for the American Hotel and Lodging Association, the leading national trade organization representing all segments of the hotel industry.

Ms. Benadof holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Scripps College and maintains several professional human resources designations.
