New Hyde Park-based Kimco Realty has sold its Centereach Square shopping center to a partnership of Seattle and New York firms. Funds managed by Seattle-based Bridge33 Capital and Manhattan-based Waterfall Asset Management purchased the 387,034-square-foot retail center on 22.29 acres at 141 Centereach Mall in Centereach.
